I have several and they WORK like crazy....very challenging! Arms/Abs not my fav but good to balance with the thigh/glute!

What are your stats.....weight, height, daily calories, exercise so on, so forth.....It sounds like you may be very new to fitness and nutrition

I add a little vanilla, butter, nut flavoring (from baking aisle at grocery) and a packet or two of stevia....then top with berries or dry cereal for desert-like treat! Let your imagination take it from there....dozens of possibilities, so yummy and 20 grams of protein!

Some things just can not come home with me.....kettle chips, peanut M&Ms, good ice cream (I keep telling myself that "It's not leaving the planet")
