Wow you sound just like me! I am fluctuating between 137 and about 140...but I've bounced up to 142. I really think it all has to do with water weight. I gave myself the weekend off since I had friends in town, and I know I had way more alchohol than I usually do, plus just worse food in general, and I was up over 140…

I track any walking that is outside my normal activity. I work in an office and sit most of the day, so I put my level as "sedentary." But, I am a part time photographer, so on the evenings or weekends I have shoots, I include all the walking I do outside during the shoot. I also include long periods of shopping as slow…

Someone else on the site posted this recipe, it is is AMAZING!! My new favorite thing. I do blueberries instead of mixed berries. Such a delicious breakfast or dessert!

MFP has me set at 1200 a day to lose 1 lb per week. And yes, I eat back ALL my exercise calories on most days. I rarely leave more than 100.

I do 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese with sliced strawberries and Splenda. Not so much grab and go, but definitely good to leave at work and eat throughout the week. Soo tasty! I also keep Greek Yogurt (the individual ones with fruit in them) in the frig at work. Big fan of the 100 calorie packs, although I have to make…

Explain that it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. At least for me, that's how I explain it. I tell them I'm not cutting things out of my diet, and I still enjoy dessert and drinks with friends, but I just make healthier choices that will last long term.

I think you can absolutely realistically lose 15 lbs by your wedding. As for the exercise, I too work in an office and put my lifestyle down as "sedentary." I figure that takes into account walking around an office some, and if I have a day where I happen to walk more than others, I don't log extra exercise, I just figure…

I have struggled with PMDD alot the last couple of years, and I started taking B6, Calcium, and Magnesium supplements, as well as birth control. Also, trying to limit caffeine intake can help too. Google PMDD and you'll see lots of forums/message boards that talk about natural ways to battle it.

I make a fruit dip that is healthy in SMALL amounts. Take a single serving of fat free boston cream pie yogurt, and mix in about a tablespoon (or however much you want) of peanut butter. It makes a big amount (200 calories total), so if you just eat a little at a time, it's not too bad! I like to dip grapes, bananas, and…

I love it too! Trouble seems to be finding someone to play with me. No one I know is really all that into it.

I have gone over at least a 1000 on a couple different occasions, if not more. But it's usually no more than once a week, and I've actually found that if I have a "spike day" once a week, I might go a pound up, but then I'll go two or more down. Doesn't work for everyone for sure, but I'm just figuring out what works for…

I have the same problem! I end up forgetting to eat every few hours, and then all of a sudden I'm STARVING and I tend to overeat then.

I've had the same thing happen to me! I'm 10 pounds down, and in better shape than I've been in for a LONG time. Now when I work out with friends, and they can't keep up with me, they try to make me feel bad by saying things like "Yeah, just keep shaming us, keep going." Or, "We shouldn't let you work out with us anymore."…

I plan on splurging, because I am single and feel like wooing myself. So, sushi, chocolate, and wine while watching a chick flick is my plan. However, I also plan on getting in a workout, so I may go over my calories, but at least I won't go quite as far over. :) Sometimes, you've just got to give in and enjoy a day of…
