(6) Cook slowly, stirring frequently,…

My suggestion: a great big NO! Get the FitBit. It even tracks the calories you burn while you SLEEP, counts your steps, counts the stairs you climb, counts calorie burn and synchs with MFP. www.fitbit.com There is NO subscription fee to pay either. :) I got mine recently and love using it.

The Poop Name List The Perfect Dump - Every once in a while, each of us experiences a perfect dump, it's rare, but a thing of beauty in all respects. You sit down expecting the worst, but what you get is a smooth sliding, fartless masterpiece that breaks the water with the splashless grace of an expert diver. But that's…

Tony, You have been a wonderful role model and inspiration to many on here. I'm very, very grateful to have you as a friend. You have helped several of those who came to me for help and because they're men who needed to lose a lot more weight, I asked you to add them to your friends list. One, in particular, is doing…

FIBER ONE has a nice 80 calorie cereal out that tastes good and is also high fiber.

I am very, very grateful for you sharing this recipe. I made a couple of minor revisions according to the ingredients I usually use to keep cholesterol and calories at a lower level. Because you are so kind to share, I am posting my MS Word document here (copied and pasted): Cheesy Turkey Meatballs Mix ½ lb. lean ground…

I'm NOT an ex-smoker but I always admire and respect the courage for those who are successful in kicking that habit. One husband & wife couple, in recent years, told me they used CHANTIX. There are some risks in using that drug (prescription only) so you need to work closely with your physician and monitor side effects and…

i have been using MFP for 447 days. What is so difficult about using an individual measuring spoon then taking a straight blade spatula or a knife to level off all excess quantities. You're nit-picking about the quantity. Yes, peanut butter is sticky and so are many other products. You are either totally committed to…

Your husband is ABUSIVE. It sounds like both of you need professional counseling. His abusive behavior is not your fault. You have some very important decisions to make regarding the present relationship. I hope you have family nearby to give you the support that you need.

Many on here probably have not "discovered" the actual cause of the obesity issue. You have taken a huge step~~~yes, depression of various levels is the bottom line of obesity. You're well on the road to recovery and taking control of becoming heart healthy. You will succeed, because you're a winner! :)

Your problem might just be the SHOES you are wearing. SUGGESTION: go to a footlocker specialty shoe store and try on the best name brands with the highest GEL CUSHION shock absorbency rating (do your "homework" on the internet by reviewing lots and lots of CUSTOMER REVIEWS). Start out by going to the shoe specialty store…

I have that book and the author is right on target but.... it all depends upon YOU and your dedication to staying with YOUR program, one meal at a time, one day at a time. You are the only one in charge of what you know works for you. There is no quick fix, no magic cure and no easy way.

EXERCISE in WATER... find your nearest indoor pool facility and see how their scheduling might work for you. When you exercise in water, you not only will feel less (if any) pain during the activity, you are not likely to feel it the next day either.
