Cut him out of your life, you can't move forward if you are allowing the past to pull you back. I've been a lifetime member at goal weight since 1997, I attend meetings to keep my free lifetime status. I have never heard that phrase used at any meetings, I think it reflects badly on the leader of that meeting and not weight watchers.
