  • Just started to get back on track. Sugar and chocolate is my best friend and I've been dealing with this my entire life. My goal was to lose 20 lbs by christmas, so this is perfect. Started last wed. at 190.2 and weighed in 1 wk later at 183.4 . I've gone 8 days w/o chocolate and sweets. Don't know how long I can do this…
