Just a quick check in to let everyone I'm still in the challenge. Working hard to get back at the weight where I was before a huge diet meltdown last weekend. Fingers crossed that there will be a nice surprise for me on the scale come Monday morning. Have a great weekend everyone!

Way behind on my goal of 10 lbs per month, but still chugging along, motivated again this morning as all the JUNK I ate this weekend is making me feel really sluggish this morning. Back on the good stuff and hoping to see results this week.

If you've been exercising a lot, maybe take a day or two off. Up your water intake if you think you're not getting enough. Otherwise be patient and keep on doing what you're doing. Stalls are commonplace during weight loss, and we have to fight mentally to get through it. Good luck!

Over the past 3 months I have been transitioning from full on carnivore to vegan. I've been cooking from the 'Forks over Knives' cookbook and found their introduction to the basics very helpful. I haven't had any meat of dairy since Christmas, but put myself at 95% there and thoroughly enjoying the food. I also do a lot of…

Hello fellow 40somethingers. I've been at this for just over a year and my aim is to get to goal by the end of this year. And at age 44 going on 45 it looks like I've found the right group to guide me to success.

You handled the whole thing pretty well, your chocolate craving got you over a workout hurdle and that in itself is a huge accomplishment, well done! I have learnt to stay away from chocolate ( in excess anyway). Since I started my healthy lifestyle, eating ( too much) chocolate makes my heart race..... So I'll have just a…
