  • I noticed mine does that also. This may be hard to explain but all you do is turn the braclet the other way and it is fine. Just mess with it a little and you will see what I mean.

  • I always use the number on the machine. But the machine I use lets me enter my weight and age so it can more accurately calculate the calories burned.
