I often will do 30 minutes in the morning, a 30 minute walk on my lunch hour and 30 minutes after work. I like to keep active throughout the day.

Well my best advice... is a quote I always tell myself. On the days where it's tough, ... I always remind myself "The only things in life that will keep you down, are the things you allow".. Having cheat days to me... is cheating myself out of progress I've made... so I really try to make this a life change, not just a…

It's a huge key to my current weight, but you have to really feed your body properly .. I really don't have any "cheat days"... I vowed to make a life change, and not to dabble in the ways that got me in trouble to begin with. It's been hard core attention hehe.

I started at 250 lbs in Oct 2010… I am not 167, my goal being 150-155 in my healthy range. I’m 5’8… work out up to 2 hours a day throughout the day a mixture of Lesley Sansone DVDs, walking on my lunch hour and zumba. I am on a 1200 calorie daily goal, don’t eat exercise calories back. Don’t eat fast food, processed foods,…

Hey everyone... I've had a few people message me and ask me how I did this. So I'll reply here in case others wanted to know, rather than sending me a message :) Here were the key things: 1) Diet At 250, I started cutting calories down to 1500. It was an adjustment. As well, I cut out eating processed, refined and fast…

I'm sorry, but the heck with anyone who can't love you... tummy and all, whatever it is they might thing is wrong with it? I have almost lost 80 lbs... and I have the same kind of stomach, ... my husband is focused so much on how happy he is that i am healthier and less weight... that he doesn't care about how it looks.…

You basically start living your life as a new person :)

Thanks for sharing :) Personally if I don't snack a little, I end up doing things I regret for lunch. We are all different, perhaps that'll help someone else out there though :)

Sure, I guess you could if you really tried, but I"m not sure how good you'll look in that dress on a hospital bed because you screwed your body up hehe Just do your best until then to be healthy and find a dress that looks good :)

You are amazing! I have lost 75 pounds... and I didn't think I would be able to reach my 100 lb lost mark at 150 lbs... but you've given me the courage to keep it up!

I have lost 75 lbs now. In a way, I feel some do respect me more... because of the devotion I have shown to meeting my goal. I think it shows strength they hadn't seen in me, and it just builds respect.
