I LOVE coconut oil :) I take some every morning and evening... it sure does help the cravings! The apple cider is nasty tasting but I admit it helps as well.

One thing we all have to learn when we change ourselves... is to have confidence in ourselves. She is really lacking int hat area, because that's the reason that one acts like such a loser.

Addiction of any kind .... is the hardest demon to overcome within ourselves. I can't say how proud I am ... of a complete stranger. I wish you a life of happiness from here on. You've won the battle... live the happily ever after now :)

I know that must be so hard... but you can still be healthy with your eating... even if you can't work out as much. After the baby comes, you can pick up again. Just stay active with walking and so on. It'll be ok. Congratulations on your little blessing :)

I'm sorry, but I've lost almost 90 lbs the healthiest way with good diet and lots of exercise... and sometimes I can't help but feel irritated with these "quick fix" ideas. You can't expect to correct something in a couple months with drugs... that you took years to screw up in the first place. I understand we all have…

I usually refrain from getting sick by doing the following: Drinking LOTS of water. Trying not to consume much sugar. Getting as much sleep as I can at night.
