I try to eat foods that are really filling. Almonds for snacks... Salad with some chicken and light dressing... it's a low calorie amount really.. Yogurt... cheese sticks... Snack on veggies... It's just a matter of getting rid of all the crappy food that have high calorie amounts and really do't fill you up. It's not easy…

I don't eat mine back. I just don't go into the negative ... but I try to burn off as much as I can while still feeding my body my daily amount. You'll hear all kinds of people saying you HAVE TO... or you'll "go into starvation mode" but my dietition said that's not the case as long as you get your daily calories in.…

That would be great! For sure tell us what the nutritionist says on this subject. I had one tell me that everyone's really different and you just have to listen to your body... but for me it seems to work well not to eat them back.

I was spanked... but my parents were responsible in their methods. It taught me a healthy sence of fear... of the results of my wrong actions. Something I believe kids really lack these days, hence why society... schools... ect, are the way they are.

Alright, you CAN lose weight on a deficit of just junk food... ya'll made your point... But, my point was... junk food is loaded with sodium and sugar which both inhibit weight loss... so anyone who does this to themselves isn't seeing results to the fullest and is only hurting themselves.

Usually a plateau is after weeks of no change... when you are doing all the right things. Not sure this is a plateau, but I really don't suggest you stop exercising... if anything do the same or more and really watch what you are eating :)

I like Subway, but it's really easy to totally blow the sodium out of the water... Sometimes I get a veggie and just ad dmy own chicken breast, the turkey is just so high in salt.

I always take Saturday off, as that's our rest day in our home.... but I always try to do at least 30 minutes minimum the other days :)
