Ps, eating burned ores isn't pointless. I royally screwed my body by only netting 200 a day by not eating some back at least. Just my experience.

You do what you need to :) personally I have learned what does not work on my own diet ... It's a learning curve. Try it and just keep in mind of symptoms of not enough. So proud of you Brina.

I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Lesley's videos. I own 9 of them personally .... I hate boot camp work outs. These ones leave me looking forward to the next walk. Glad you are finding success with them!

Question, do any of you on the 1200 cal diet exercise during the days? If so, how many calories do you burn... and do you eat calories back????? I'm torn.

I'm really happy that you were able to reach a goal you had set. There's nothing better than feelings of accomplishment. As others have said... your before pictures were wonderful and I only wish you didn't feel the need to fix something that wasn't broken. Take care of yourself! :smile:

Yup, that's common, especially if you lay off the bread and pasta... stuff like that. I just go to the health food store and get cilium powder... mix with juice or water and drink some each day to boost your fibre. :) Happy Pooping! haha

That's wonderful! Our stories are really similar, and I can really appreciate the work you've done. I started a month later than you and I am 10 lbs behind you... but onederland is going to be great I am sure hehe. CONGRATS and keep up the great work!

Sara, I'm so confused :( I don't get it still... I'm losing weight... But I never eat my exercise calories back... I'm supposed to? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of burning them? You can answer on my wall if you prefer since we are friends... Teach me hehe

I am a die hard Lesley Sansone fan and do the walk at home program up to three times a day. I mile is 15 minutes only and gets all your muscles working unlike a normal walk. Helps you to burn more.
