This is my take on the fish dinner in the kickstart book - I used cod instead

Turkey burgers and roasted Brussels sprouts and baby carrots I made the burgers without the salsa as couldn't find one in the shops so I just added chopped red onion, corn and black beans to the turkey instead of the salsa it says in the recipe

Only managed one round as was still feeling bit poorly. But pleased to say I enjoyed it a bit more :)

i hate hot feet!!! not only do i find it a hard move to move my feet that quick but my bum fat wiggles too much! hahaha

today after work is day 3 of kickstart so that means cardio one TWICE! I didnt like it once - so not sure how im gonna manage twice thorugh back to back lol oh well - these things are sent to try us! lol

I did turkey burgers last night. Loved them although I had to improvise use and make my own black bean and corn salsa to go in them as I had no idea where or if something like that is available on the uk lol

Well C1 did get my heart rate up. It i didn't enjoy it that much tbh. Just probly coz I didn't like all the moves but that just means I'm using my body In a way I'm not used to and that WILL lead to change so that's goooooooood

ergh! finally plucked up the courage to weight myself - i think the actual xmas gain is around 3lbs.... i am now my heaviest ever i have put on weight since my wedding/honymoon in june....... SAD :(

when i did 30 day shred i did it before work 6am but i was in our old flat then and i had my own workout pole studio. now we have moved i dont have that at the moment so have to use the lounge so cant just keep everything laying around, so i will now be doing my esercise as soon as i get in from work 4pm and before i go…

I have 2 litre bottle water on my desk and one of my new years resolution sis to drink one a day :) i dont drink coffee or tea, occasionally fizzy drinks and alcohol - i am a water feind, but have found the last few months i have slacked a bit on my intake i am trying our green tea too - i have the twinnings lemon green…
