Thanks for your input. I am trying to eat 4 meals a day and I believe the shakes help as they are quick and easy to do. People choose to purchase and try what they want. Whatever works for them really ;-)

Hey, I would recommend upping your calorie intake thats what I had to do and thwieght is slowly coming off. And maybe incorporate some strength training if you haven't already. Best of luck, and well done on your progress so far!!

Hey sorry for the '6months too late reply' but I see what you're saying. May I ask what Dukan is? Yes logging has made me realise that I ate soo much crap and some of the foods I didn't realise were so detrimental. Any progress in the past months?? Best of luck! I'll give you an add!

Hey everyone, I finished day 7 of week 1 yesterday and so far I don't think I've lost any inches (I don't think I measured myself properly). But I have say I feel really positive about my journey.. Just can't wait to see the results.

Thats great, good for you!! May I ask if you are still using it? If I was to use the programme all I can do is try my best to stick to it. Yes I've learn't that quick fixes are not the best option and have taught myself to be patient... Even though it's not an Aries strong points :wink:

Hey! I try and consume 1200-1500 (max) of cals a day seeming that I'm short. To answer your question as best I can I just stick to 40g a day which MFP recommends sometimes I go over but with good fats like almonds, but not all the time. Hope that helps :)

I don't mind sharing my diary, even though it isn't the best diary. I need to consume more protein and of course I have my 'off the rail moments' but its a growing experience, if people want to offer advice I dont mind!!!

I was eating healthy on tuesday, until I had a 3 course thai meal.. So I'd count that as a cheat day.. Not too sure.. But I'd say just a cheat meal :)
