I'm doing the Insanity videos so my goal is to simply start riding my bike to college and work etc. I am working on getting my bike fixed today to do so. Hope I can keep this goal! i'm thinking to ride my bike instead of drive for 3 days a week

Thats a good plan! I've also decided to try punishment. Since I ate WAY too much junk food over Valentine's day. I am not allowed to have candy, ice-cream, cake, or cookies for one whole week. Also, for lent (religious time where you give up something) I am giving up cake altogether till Easter. I have had WAY too much…

Friday- Class, Chores, Date (Lunch, movie, mall, and dinner) Saturday- Helping someone clean their house till afternoon, then babysitting Sunday- Church then helping someone organize their house.

I eat breakfast and work out right after so I can get to school. I've lost over 4 pounds since the new year. I eat 1200 calories (unless I work out then I get more). I did it! I burned 1040 calories! tried to beat last weeks challenge since I failed last week. Sad thing is I STILL went over my calories yesterday....BUT I won't today :D
