Weight loss meal replacement shakes for dinner? Why not?
I've noticed that every meal replacement or protein shake has said to drink in replacement of breakfast and lunch. But I always eat pretty well for those. DINNER is my problem. Why doesn't it say dinner? What are the consequences?

Just the workouts?
Is anyone else doing just the daily workouts etc with insanity? I can afford the shakes and formulas and diets etc. I just limit my calories with MFP. Has anyone else done just the workouts and still gotten great results??

Rest Days
So rest days....gotta admit I'm loving it but I have to ask....are we supposed to avoid exercising today so that our body can recover or are we supposed to be motivated to work out other ways besides insanity for today. For example...I rode my bike to work and back today for the first time. Total of 4 miles. Was that bad?

Not Eating?
My family is worried about my eating habits because I can't eat dessert with them or don't eat as much. They are afraid I'm starving myself, but I'm not! It's just that my calorie limit is 1200!
