I did my Power 90 workout even though I've been slacking on it for a few days and really didn't want to do it. I feel much better for having done it though!

Thank you all! This is just what I needed. After I pulled the muscle I almost felt like I wasn't cut out for all this. I hate feeling so pathetic, it's absolutely not who I am at all! You are all awesome, thank you! I think I will grab my water bottle and start my work out now! :wink:

I am definitely in! Over the weekend I kind of slipped a little and went over on my calories. I didn't eat particularly bad, I just made a few poor choices. I'm back 100% today though, and determined!

Great idea! I do usually grind my own beans. Although I don't purchase the macchiatos or doubleshots anymore, I still buy Starbucks coffee by the pound and grind it for my coffee pot at home! Definitely going to try this!

Ahhh the Coffee Mate's Vanilla Caramel. About a month ago, that was the creamer I used to dump in my coffee - although not sugar free. I've been trying to stay away from that aisle altogether. Maybe I'll read the label on the sugar free one when I head to the store later... ;)

I had no idea Splenda did coffee flavors. I wonder if they have that Splenda taste like the sweeteners do? You guys are great! Thanks so much for the suggestions!

Those syrups look ideal! I think I may order the vanilla and see how that works out! I've never tried the espresso macchiato. I've been trying to avoid Starbucks like the plague, which is difficult since there's one on every corner within a five mile radius of my house. I think I'll try the espresso macchiato! Maybe that…

Welcome! The key for me also was portion size. I used to just pile my plate up with food and eat it so fast that I didn't realize I was full until after I ate it all. Now I'm very conscious of what a serving size really is and I try to stick to that and take my time eating it. I have a lot to lose too, so I feel you! Good…

I'm a bit late coming in, but I think I can do 100 oz. I'm at 64 now, I think I'll hit 100 while I'm out walking. We'll see!

I was thinking of switching it up between Slim in 6 and the 30 day shred, maybe if I keep it interesting I won't hit the weight loss wall.

Awesome! Thanks so much! I do the Slim in 6 workout once a day (sometimes twice if I feel like I need it). At the moment, I've only completed the full 25 minutes of it once, the rest of the time I can manage about 20 minutes. Hopefully by the end of this week that will change though. I am definitely enjoying it!

Thanks everyone! I try to stay right at 1,500 calories or less but today I went a little over (1,634) so I'm feeling a bit disappointed in myself. I don't usually eat the extra exercise calories though, so maybe I'm okay!
