I'd love to join - I just started paleo this week after several weeks of research :)

Me too!

I'm sorry for your loss. Just try to do as best you can to get back to your 1200NET. Don't try anything to "undo" your unplanned extra eating. Maybe even eat a little more if it helps - 1200 is the lowest people tend to have here. And don't forget lots of water to flush out that sodium.

I played video games with my boyfriend and now I'm gonna watch some Vampire Diaries in bed (it's 1am here in the Netherlands).

You. Look. AMAZING. Well done.

Neither. I appreciate being valued on my personality rather than my looks and cute "personalities" often equates to insipid, try-hard, or simply saccharine. Gimme a brain over a bimbo any day of the week :) And jeeeez, there's so much fishing for compliments in this thread that some of you ladies should consider angling.

Did you even read what she wrote? Her fiance is not your ex. @OP: firstly, you have done wonderfully and WOW you have lost a LOT of weight. Well done! Your fiancee probably sees you being more and less committed, and maybe he knows that you really wanted this and still do! He's probably spoken without thinking, which is a…

I'm the same height as you with the same SW and GW! You inspire me and show that it can be done :) Happy birthday!

This. The recommended loss is 0.5-2lbs a week (2lbs for the more overweight members). Also, if you lose 10lbs in 4 weeks (bear in mind Feb is a short month), then you're almost definitely losing muscle. Less muscle equates to a slower metabolic rate, so you will burn fat less effectively and this may stifle your progress…

If anybody still wants to join me, send me a friend request - because I'm not really checking this thread anymore. A message would be nice too :)

YAY!

I'm also interested in the responses!

I'm sorry, but I have to go against the grain here. 44lbs for a 3ft child -is- quite a lot (to put it in perspective, the average weight for a girl of 3ft 8inches is 40lbs - that's 8inches taller than OP's grandchild, and 4lbs LIGHTER). The average child will not be particularly muscular. OP: I believe the school are…

Best way really. And yeah, if somebody wants to harm themselves, then that's their prerogative.

Not sure if trolling or serious :/
