The trick is to try on every style they have, see which style fits best then go up or down a size. Depending on the style of a pant I can go up or down 1-2 sizes. Every style is made different and fits different. Even within the same brand.

Go to a store that only sells bras. Get measured there and I know it's a big hassle but try on EVERY style they have. Every style bra fits differently. I agree with Mokey, I do not believe it has anything to do with being menopausal. I lost over 70 pounds after going through the "dreaded change". I worked WW for a year and dropped the pounds. Just had to stick to my guns about changing how and what I eat!

I actually went to the store to buy a Fitbit and went home with a Polar Loop. I ended up liking the Polar Loop better because I don't have to look at my phone or computer to see number of steps, calories burned etc. It all displays on the band (discreetly when you make it display).
