Looking at your diary, I would greatly increase your protein and reduce your carbs. Maybe eat a more of a ratio of 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat. I too was a diet soda junkie. I had to quit cold turkey and now I drink water only. It took me about a week to stop craving it. When I go out, I'll have a club soda with lime. This may be an option for you to still have the bubbly sensation without the chemicals. Good luck to you.

It's not on MFP. In the Exercise Tab, click on My Exercises, you need to log it in as a cardio exercise. Name the exercise, add the minutes,add the calories burned. Best to wear a heart rate monitor so it more accurate. Good luck to you. I'm on day 74. Keep pushing play.

Looking at your diary- I think your protein is too low and your carbs are way too high. Probably your macros should be more like 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fats. I do not see any water logged in either. Gotta drink a lot of water, 8 glasses at least.

I only need to lose about 6 pounds but looking to get fit and lean. I eat 1200 calories a day as well. My ratios are 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat- Phase 1 of P90x. I'm 5'4'' and my goal is 110. SW 117, really want to loose a little and get firm and fit. Been on P90x for about 1 month and I love it. I have only lost 1 pound, sticking strictly to diet and exercise but my clothes are def big. I do my 1 month follow up measurements tomorrow!
