I'm actually in the same position as you. I haven't been perfect on my eating in the past two weeks, but I've been pretty good. I've logged in every day, and I've worked out 5-6 times each week. maybe some almonds? That's what I usually munch on. They have some protein and healthy fat, so you should feel satisfied. Hope this helps!

I do the same thing, except my indulgence is a glass or two of wine. While a bit higher in calories, I think one or two alcoholic beverages a week is not going to derail your progress.

I've never liked diet soda, and have given up regular soda as there is no nutritional value. I basically stick with water; I bring a bottle with me everywhere (work, gym, shopping, etc). Since I've increased my water intake to 8-10 glasses a day, I don't really feel the need to have any kind of soda or other sugary…
