the only time i get to workout is when she is taking her naps. first one for the day works for me, ie between 9-10am. id love to work out once i woke up but its not possible. ill have something small to eat, workout, then have brekky. oh and i workout at home. not a fan of gyms.

i had a few cheat days, well in 10weeks i think i had about 10 cheat meals and i was worried about putting on weight but it actually helped me lose those kilo! weird! but id rather a cheat 'meal' than a whole day (tho ive had those too). seems if u do it every week, or every 2 weeks it doesnt hinder ur weightloss, i agree…

30 and 152cm 57kgs 1200 calories 3hrs not very active 1kg loss every 2 weeks =)
