Typically my dessert is frozen berries (with no added sugar), light whipped topping, and sometimes half a graham cracker. I still eat fruit during the day, so the whipped topping is the treat really!

I'm 5'8" and weight 157 lbs. I began at around 165 I think. Currently pants size 8. I set my goal weight to 135, but I'm not sure because I've never weighed in under 150! Hoping to at least get down to a size 6. Good thread, I like seeing everyone else's goal weights :)

I've only had mine for a couple of days, but so far have been enjoying it. It works well and is convenient. Like many others, I purchased it with a coupon so it wasn't as expensive. I mainly purchased it to get nutrients that I usually am lacking in (i.e. I use flax to get omega-3) and servings of vegetables. I don't…

I just started the 30DS today! I tried the program before but ended up quitting a few days into Level 2 (just lost the motivation to do it). Doing it on the weekdays works the best for me, so I'm definitely in! I'm 5'8" and 157 lbs. Will be taking measurements today, and after the 30 days.
