Avocado, bacon, olives, nuts, coconut oil added to anything, sometimes i add it to warm tea. Not sure if these are too carby for you, the coconut oil should be 0 at least.

I guess it depends on what type of activity you want to track. I have the ft40, I use it for weight training, boot camp classes, things like that. I also have the fitbit zip, I wear it daily to track my overall daily activity. I'm working towards 10k steps a day. Even if I go to the gym, I can be super sedentary the rest…

I started my first one over labor day last year, so I did the same thing, emerging on day 4 or 5. I think it really helped a lot, no junk in my face, no temptaion, and i could be all the crabby I want!

I love the combo of lemon, cucumber and mint in water. I like to make a big gallon jug on the weekends, very refreshing.

Find a summer camp, or something she likes and sign her up. Summer should be an easier time to get her into moving.

Are you really feeling full on that amount of calories? There are some places you can double up the protein, like tuna have 2 cans instead of 1. For snacks have some HB eggs or nuts instead of popsicles. Just look for little places you can work it in.

I eat the same frozen veggies as you, but I usually eat the whole bag, especially if I am still feeling hungry.

I can so relate to the hiding. I dont like people to see what I have done to myself. but they hiding leads to eating more, and making it worse. Honestly I looked at the pics first without reading the paragraph or captions, and assumed in the last pic you were at the same weight from the 2007 pic, you look great!

Its all about just getting started. I get up at 5 to exercise before work, some days its really hard to get out of bed. I tell myself I can just do 5 minutes and go as slow as I want. Im in th middle of my second Whole30, and plan to stay on it it for a while. I love that I dont have to track, and will still drop weight each week because I am feeding my body the right things.
