Chicken bits
I started buying my meat from a local farm this weekend. Im cooking a whole chicken today, and it came with its friends on the inside. What do I do with that? add it to bone broth? Honestly, it grosses me out, but Im trying to be an adult and use every part of the chicken. Help!

I am now convinced
that I am too fat for pendlay rows. Being bent over like that hurts my stomach, makes me feel constipated. I feel like Im just jamming the bar into my fat/boobs, and still not getting it up high enough to create good muscle movement in my back. I need to find a better way if I want to keep increasing the weights. :grumble:
