Where can I find it? At Whole Foods? What exactly am I looking for? Will it be on the shelf or by the butter?

I want to try bulletproof coffee :) I dont eay dairy, but can add GF butter if I need to, but would like to try the Ghee first.

I can buy it at my No-frills and Metro stores in Toronto, its in the international foods section (not refrigerated) and its in a glass jar. Check that section in any supermarket and you might find it. It might depend on the cultural background of your neighbourhood.

If you can't find it, you can make your own at home. Google it - just make sure you use organic pasture butter, which you should be able to find in any regular grocery store.

I picked up a jar at whole foods last week. I am going to try and make my own though.

Thanks, I think I will try both buying it and making it.
