Im if not at work I'm always alone. Even the cats sit in the other room away from me most of the time. I can go days without speaking to a live human. You are not alone in feeling alone :flowerforyou:

Squats 65, so thrilled to be able to add weight each week now! OHP 65, failed miserably Dead 165, half my body weight! I breezed through OHP at 60 last week, could not get more than 3 reps on any set on 65 this week. Makes me wonder if I did bad math and had the weights wrong again last week....

Squats 60 5x5 BP 75 5x5 Row 75 5x5 Took some weight off the rows from last week since my form was going to hell. Now that I got my stance down without squishing my innards, Im doing much better.

After several weeks of working up to just being able to use the empty bar for squats (short arm issue, not weight), I am SO glad to finally be adding weights Squats 55 5x5 OHP 60 5x5 Dead 155 1x5
