Amazing job, thanks for the encouragement.

I just asked my trainer the exact same thing - she said you can never have too much protein. She did want to make sure I had a good carbohydrate with that protein though - like whole wheat, etc.

You are touching more people than you'll ever know - kudos to you =D

You know you're messing up a lot of people's game right? LOL!

I love it!!! I already implemented Cheeseburger Tuesdays. My kids have a church gathering every Tuesday and we have dinner there AND the cheeseburgers are so amazing they don't need condiments!!!

30 DAY SHRED is my favorite. I had lost some weight and became a smaller version of my chubby self. Once I began the video I saw muscle tone and a waist! I think its amazing and who can't dedicate 20 minutes a day?

I"m very familiar with that before, can't wait to join you in the after! LOL!! Fantastic job!!!!!

Oh my love! Stairs are the devil!!!

The person I was seeing said that cardio can be done as often as you like. Be careful not to burn yourself out...that would be my greatest concern. I was doing them for a while and loved it.

Due to the HUGE mistake I made (neglecting to log in) I was thinking of not logging everyday. I know better so I'm going to keep doing what I know works.

Skinny jeans and this beautiful skirt I wore when I first met Tony. I've conquered the skinny jean, now for the skirt!

I don't have a goal weight or clothing size. My trainer was a size 4 at 150 lbs, that was all muscle. I doubt I'll ever have that little fat or that much muscle. My goal is to feel good, look good and be realistic. I noticed my ticker once I sent this message!!! LOL, I guess I did have a goal weight at one time. I set my…

I have been so honored to be any part of everyone's journey. It is a difficult one and I know I wouldn't have been nearly as successful without MFP and my girls. I am proud of all of us=D Keep up the good work!! Thanks for inspiring me:flowerforyou:

This is no diet, its a lifestyle. During previous efforts I would cook different meals for me and my family, how was that gonna work long-term? I now cook the same meal for me and the family, I am teaching the kids by example what dinner should look like and they love it. I love food and will always love food I just give…

I'm guessing the cold air and the odd muscles we use to shovel have something to do with it. I felt the same way, my sides were burning and I had to stop to take a breath a couple of times. You are doing a terrific job, I wouldn't worry.

Mine are almost always weight loss related, today diamonds. = D

You deserve it already=D

I will keep your entire family in my prayers. You can already count this as a NSV, instead of reaching for some comfort food you reached out to MFP for support.

My friend and I have decided to stop mimizing our victories. We no longer say small victory, its a VICTORY!!!!!!! Congratulations=D:flowerforyou:

This is all about choices and the fact that we have a network of "healthy" friends now is going to make a difference. If I lost an ounce for every time I think, "I AM EXCITED!!" I would have already disappeared!!!!

Hi all, I joined a week ago and have lost 4lbs!!! This site make the process more tangible for me. I see my calories long after I eat them and I see the exercise long after the burn. I love MFP and am telling anyone who will listen about it:love:
