I have a version of this recipe that I use all the time! Chocolate Cupcakes 1 box Devil's Food cake mix 1 cup applesauce (I use two tubs of the individual servings) 1 cup water Mix ingredients together and put in 12 cup muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray. I don't know how you feel about prepared meals, but I keep a few Lean Cuisine 3 Meat Deep Dish pizzas in my freezer. This one is 390 calories (that's all I remember off the top of my head), tastes pretty good and is very filling. You could add a side salad or veggie for a few more calories if necessary. I wasn't sure about Zumba, either, so I am getting a couple different ones from my library to "try before I buy"!!! Someone said somewhere along the line that Netflix may have some exercise DVD's to watch instantly as well! Wouldn't hurt to check either option out before you buy! Good luck!
