  • I really like the Leslie Sansone DVDs! My new fav is her 5 Really Big Miles...each mile is separate and you can stop after one, three or do them all...or...skip ahead to the one you want to do. I weighed about 250 that day and he said 1500 calories would be good with a 35% carb, 35% protein and 30% fat breakdown. I lost 67 pounds alittle over 9 years ago doing WW and walking at least two miles every day (outdoors or with Walk Away the Pounds dvds), but those darn pounds all came back...and brought friends....…
  • What about hard candy? Tastes good and keeps your mouth busy? There are several different kinds out there that you could try! Maybe even check out the sugar -free kinds? I haven't tried any, so don't know how well they taste... Just an idea! :flowerforyou: Brenda
