Great post!! Thanks so much for sharing! Just what I needed...especially today! Was up 2.2 from yesterday (I know...shame on me for weighing every day!) and I couldn't understand why...I was under my calories, had alittle exercise, drank my water, little to no sodium, etc.
Was ticked at myself all morning...then I realized that I had forgotten to take my blood pressure pill yesterday--must be extra water retention and not weight gain after all! Will see tomorrow morning!
This article made me realize what it takes to gain...I won't take advantage of the information, but it will help keep me from getting discouraged so quickly!

Was up 2 lbs from this morning. Then I realized I walked 15 miles and it was muscle build. But this is encouraging none the less. Anyone feel like tag-team kicking *kitten* losing weight, add me up.0

Was a good post to put things into perspective. I eat just my allotment or a little under and if I eat into exercise points I feel guilty. So this was quite eyeopening. Thanks again.0

While an extra 3500 calories is a hard thing to do in one day...(that IS a lot of food), it's easy to eat those extra 3,500 over the course of a few days or a week.0
