give it a try .. I love it .. Been doing it for a year and some change .. It's not a magic potion or anything like that.. Your calories / TDEE are what they are .. Eat according to your goals .. I like it because of the planning / convenience of it ..

I started at aprox. 365lbs in April of 2012. Coming up on 2 years soon. I am currently on a "cutting cycle" diet. One of things that have helped me is to look at 12 week chunks. What are my goals in the next 12 weeks? I never look passed 12 weeks. I have gone on 2 to 3 "metabolism" breaks where I eat at maintenance…

stopped the smokeless tobacco, dipped since my army days .. added more than a "C-Note" .. (Over 100 lbs) .. Plus I quit during the nfl season, so that didn't help .. So far lost over 120lbs .. keep on trucking !

in order for you to gain 5lbs in a week (7Days) .. you would have to intake 2500 additional cals over your TDEE for 7 days straight .. if you did .. impressive .. but i doubt you did ... prob, water, sodium, etc ..

Been on it for 2 months now .. I've adopted a six hour feeding window .. works great, scheduling wise .. energy levels are steady eddy all day .. never feel cravings, etc .. first week sucks, but once you get passed it, and the body adjusts .. good to go

I do intermittent fasting .. I do not have breakfast sometimes up until 4 p.m. .. My energy levels are actually better in my mind than before .. I workout fasted everyday at 630 am, and it's steady eddy .... In my opinion, and experience breakfast, atleast to me is meh ..
