I bumped my 50 minute elliptical workout to 60 minutes yesterday AND took over 21,000 steps

I've always had a hate-hate relationship with cardio but now I feel that way about rest days. And today I kept under a 7 minute mile for my whole workout!! I made it 7 miles today in 49 minutes where, when I started, I was only making it 6 miles!
