I have a Power plus. You change the resistance by moving the shocks in the front of the machine. But you can go to the Gazelle website and print out the manual for your specific machine for free. Good luck and happy gazelling:flowerforyou:

i have a cup of light and fit yoplait yogurt (Vanilla is my favorite with a 1/4 c of special K or bran flakes tossed in. It's about 150 calories and does the trick.:tongue:

I cut calories by doing 1 whole egg w/ 2egg whites for your scrammbled eggs ad some green peppers and a little bit 1/4 c of shreeded cheese and a slice of whole wheat fat free toast with a mist of margarine for 256 calories Yummy

I add it on top of a tossed salad instead of salad dressing. Add a dash of salt and pepper and a sprinkle of dill. Yum it makes a fresh and filling meal.:love:
