I used the calculate that you suggested and I did the mfp one. The calculator that you suggested was either right on with mfp or it said that I had burned more than mfp said. I did it for jogging, running, weight training & aerobics.

You could always add some snack/protein bars or nuts for snacks, that would help with more calories. Listen to your body. If you feel hungry eat, if not do not force yourself.

I am the exact same way. I know that my pooch is extra skin after having 5 kids. But the upper hip/lower back fat I don't know what to do about it either. I would love some advice as well.
