I did the 24 day challenge May of 2012. I was almost at the end of my weight loss journey at that time(I wasn't far from my goal weight), so I did not lose a huge amount of weight but I did lose some and have been able to lose more and keep it off for over a year now. I think I lost like 6 lbs. and 9 inches total. I know…

Just hold on and as Kiki always says, "Trust the process". I gained the first several weeks doing EM2WL. But then when the weight started coming off I felt so good because I was losing weight and eating:noway: .Yes, it is so nice to be able to lose weight while not starving ones self. Just hang in there, you CAN do this!

I get that all the time. It is really annoying. And how are you supposed to respond to it?

Hi, I am 30 years old, 5'5", and mother to 5 children. My highest weight, when I gave birth to my 2nd child, was 225. I am currently below my original goal weight of 127, at 125. I started incorporating weights in February of this year and have loved the results! I have been fluctuating from 124 to 127 the last couple of…

I'm from south/central Alabama, but I say "you guys". I get picked on a lot, because everyone else around here says "ya'll".

It should be fine. When you are setting it up it asks if you are male or female, so I would assume that it can work for either/or. I have had mine for 3 weeks and I love it!

Congrats! Keep up the good work!!

I am a 5'5", 30 year old, female. My calorie goal is 1900 a day. I don't really log on the weekend, but I usually eat around 2000-2300 on the weekend. www.scoobysworkshop.com is a good place to figure your TDEE and then a cut %.

Yep, I tend to gain anywhere form 2 to 5 lbs. the week before and the week that I am on my period.

You have done an amazing job!! Congrats, your hard work is most definitely paying off!!

I was spot on as well.

I agree with Marion. Eat more, rest more, your body will thank you!

It can be done. I have been out of high school & married for 12 years now. I have also had 5 kids. I am smaller now than I was in high school. It takes hard work and dedication. Don't try to jump into the hardest workout program you can find. Start off small. Just move! Take a walk several times a week and work your way up…

I LOVE candy corn & I LOVE m&m's, but these were disgusting. Bought a bag and couldn't finish it.

Yes, I am the same way. I seem to notice everywhere I go those around me that could stand to lose a little bit of weight.
-
I am currently maintaining as well. Working on toning and weights!

I feel the same way. When I am sick or just can't fit a workout in I feel lazy for not doing it. But our bodies do need rest and this may be your bodies way of getting that rest. So definitely take it easy.

Way to go!! Yes, it is a lot of hard work, but you are right, it is worth it!! Congrats!

Forever on all accounts!
