I am 5'5" and my goal weight was 127, which is what I weighed when I got married 11 1/2 years and 5 children ago. I am now down to 124 and trying to tone up.

I think it has to do with several factors, genetics also plays a big part. I am 5'5" and my left thigh is 22 1/4 and my righ thigh is 22 1/2. I am 3-4 lbs. under my original goal weight and they don't seem to want to get any smaller. They are the bain of my existence. I am just working on trying to tone them up.

I normally workout as usual when I am on my period. However, if I have an anusually heavy flow day I just do a lighter workout.

This is what happened to me after baby #2 and after baby #3 and after baby #4. I am down to my lowest weight as an adult now after baby #5. Hoping to rest for several years before trying for baby #6. Congratulations on all your hard work!! I know it is not easy.

I am almost done with level 3. I have really liked it. The first 2-3 days of each level are pretty challenging but then you settle in. I have been doing some of Leslie Sansones walk videos along with the 30 day shred. I think you would be fine doing some jogging along with it. Just remember to eat. Rest days are good. I…

I agree, it is hard to reprogram to eat more calories. I am in the process of doing the same thing. Its not easy. Good luck! Nuts are a great healthy way to add calories to your diet.

I used to not like it either, but you get used to it. Now I drink water all the time. I only drink soda when I go out to eat, which is usually only once a week. Just drink.

I am on Level 2 of her 30 Day Shred. I really like it. There is some jumping but not a whole lot. You have 3 circuits. 3 min strength, 2 min cardio and 1 min abs in each circuit. The 2 min of cardio is like jumping jacks and high knees and things like that.
