Big salads with walden farms 0 calorie free dressing before a meal. A lot of oatmeal and water. Potatoes cottage cheese. I drink a lot of 0 calorie cold green tea as well. Fat free cheese exists, pretty good for eggs. I usually throw a cup on my eggs in the morning. Or use them on my potatoes. 45 cals for 9 grams of brotein. bretty gud

Well, diet soda is 0 calories, so it's not the soda. You could start by drinking a gallon of water a day. Just buy a jug of water and take it with you so keep motivated and know how much you're drinking.

I love chinese buffets. I've done some serious damage at quite a few and never suffered any weight gain from it, only water weight. tfw no gf to force feed me food after 12th plate.

Agreed, it's probably just water weight. I can always tell when I'm holding water, bulging adonis belt. The abs really start to pop out and form a little pregnant belly if I'm retaining a lot of water. :laugh:

Well, it's kind of hard to fit a buffet into your macros unless you bring a scale to the restaurant. I'm in favor of cheat meals/refeeds when trying to cut weight. I've had a few cheat days days where I just visit more than one restaurant, eat boxes of donuts and ice cream. I usually gain 15-20 pounds and then my weight…

When you start your diet at the bottom, you have no room to move when you need to drop calories. It works at first, but stalling at nearly a thousand calories, that is not good. I agree, reintroduce more calories and maybe more cardio, or whatever you're doing.

Carbs have the best recipes. Make shakes with a lot of ice and water to feel like you're getting more. Or you could add diet soda+whey+egg whites+ peanut butter and just mix and microwave that. That's the only high volume low calorie recipe I can think of that doesn't really have carbs.

Walden farms makes 0 calorie dressing. I've tried every flavor. Raspberry, balsamic and creamy bacon are my favorite. The only thing in it is sodium.
