I have the 9 grain wheat, turkey, pepperjack cheese, toasted and then lettuce, onions and salt and pepper. I agree, did you weigh yourself immediately at home after you weighed on the dr.s scale? Honestly, I would start with that 1lb and go from here forward on your scale at home.

Besides Chron's disease you might also want to check into Grave's disease also. Which is an over active thyroid, my brother lost 50lbs in two months because of it. I am not a dr. nor do I pretend to be one, definitely don't stop until you have an answer

Don't know anything about it and I don't watch Dr. Oz either. I was wondering if you are eating healthy every two hours and drink lots of water....that should really help. Good luck....

I sweat so much that I have it dripping off my eyelashes and then down my chin. I have the clothes that wick away the sweat (which is a whole nother topic because I can't get the stink out of them). I can remember my dad sweating buckets when he would be out in the sun.

What do you do on your lunch hour? Maybe you could start taking a 15 minute brisk walk a day, then work up to a 20 minute walk....it's better than nothing.

I do have them but only for lunch and try to limit myself to no more than 2 a week as I feel than I can get more food for the same amount of calories if I make lunch myself. On the days that I do have them I double my water intake to flush all that sodium out.

You need to step up the veggies and fruit and bump down the processed and sodium filled foods. Also, need to really increase your water intake! pretty close.....when I do a group X class at the gym I only use my HRM, when I walk I use Endomondo knowing that it is pretty close. Don't keep the Endomondo going until your heart rate is down, shut it off when your walk is complete.

I once wore my HRM and had Endomondo running at the same time. Endomondo over estimated my calories burned by 150+ compared to the HRM, but I kept my HRM going until I was back to resting rate and then they were only 20 calories apart. I did it again and ended up with the same results.

I vary my breakfast everyday as a trainer told me to make sure to mix up what you are eating daily, because if you eat the same thing every single day then your body knows what to expect and learns to store up for that food.
