  • This^^^ I lost 60lbs on the momentum plan and then when they switched over to the pointsplus system that is when it went south for me.....I was constantly yoyoing and NEVER had 2 straight weeks of loss. It was so frustrating, I even tried it twice a couple months apart. I have lost 17lbs while on MFP and find it just as…
  • 1. gravenstein 2. pink lady 3. honeycrisp 4. granny smith
  • I have this one too!! Best bra EVER and I wear a 42DD......before I had to get 2 and double wear them because it wasn't enough support. This one provides great support for the girls and even keeps me dry, it is wet when I take it off but that shows it's wicking everything away from me. I highly recommend it and will be…
  • Nope, unless I have a high calorie exercise burn kind of day and then will eat half back. When I did WW, I never ate the extras they gave me either ... Good Luck!
  • This ^^
  • I also have a Cuisinart, the larger 8 cup one and I paid right around $100 for it. Well worth the price!
  • I chose Monday as my weigh in day to make me accountable for the weekend and it seems to work really well!!
  • The wonton wrappers in the muffin tins sounds awesome! Can anyone sharing a "stuffing" recipe for the inside? I would appreciate it........Thanks!
  • We are right about the same calorie range I am right at 1640. I have lost 15 in 2 months, so we seem to be on the same path......I set mine for 1.5lb week. I do try to get close to my 1640 but quite a few times end up not even getting close, i don't follow the TDEE either. I also don't eat my exercise calories back either…
  • Produce stand is always a great way to get lots of veggies and fruit for a low price. If you have a Winco they also have reasonable prices for their veggies, fruit, bulk items (beans, rice, flour), deli meat and dairy. HTH
  • To me those are the BEST kind of compliments!! Keep up the good work.......
  • Did you use FF sour cream or regular? I am soooooo going to make these ;)
  • I put my weigh in day as Monday so that I know I have to keep up my good work even through the weekend......if I feel I need a little cheat then Monday is my day and I have another 6 days to work it off. Good luck and don't give up!!
  • You could follow me around with a bucket when I do cardio and probably collect enough to water a few plants!!! I don't think I have one dry spot on my head when I am finished, it's dripping off my bangs, eyelashes, chin.....it's disgusting but does it ever feel GOOD!!!!
  • this^^ I also like cauliflower, cucumbers and carrots just plain too!!
  • this ^^
  • umm....yeah! Troll!!! 14lbs in 9 days, don't think so
  • I find that playing some great music always helps me pass the time while walking, I always try to have some "faster beats" songs because I find myself walking to the beat of the music. When the music gets faster so do I!!! I love walking with friends too, even though we probably go at a slower pace because we talk so much,…
  • Well if you dropped that congrats to you. I noticed that your diary only goes back to September 22 and not one home cooked meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. No fruits and no vegetables in any of those entries, each entry was at a fast food place. Honestly, who can afford to eat out 3 times a day for what is so far 10…
  • Already do that.....full fat cheese, 2% milk, real sugar, etc...........I did WW and my caloric intake was about the same on there as it is on here right about 1700 calories. Sticking with that right now and if I end up with issues I will go to a dietician and have them tell me what or where I need to make changes
  • There is no way that I could eat that many calories in a day, I average right around 1600 - 1700 calories and sometimes have a tough time eating all of those. I am 45 and I know that food is my friend, I don't starve myself, I eat healthy and some days I have a cheat day. I exercise 5 - 6 times a week and have both cardio…
  • Good Lord, I entered my statistics in here and subtracted the 500 number from it and that means I would have to be eating just over 2500 calories........um yeah, I don't think so!
  • The ONLY time I ever eat mine back is if I feel like I need a cheat day, besides that they stay right where they are as burned calories from exercise. When I did WW you could either eat them or save them, I always chose to save them and know that I worked hard to earn them.
  • I do Zumba at the gym usually no less than 3X week and my usual burn is right around 600 calories. I have also done it on my Xbox during the winter months when I can't get out for a walk...... I find it fun and energizing and it doesn't feel like a 60 minute workout. Yes it is harder to pick up in the beginning and you…
  • My daughter takes Miralax daily and it helps her "go" every single day. It draws water back into the colon and keeps you from "backing" up. She has had no side effects, doesn't feel like she has to rush to the bathroom. It really helps keep her regular and highly recommend it. Available at Costco
  • 1. Women who wear their "perfume" to they gym......I can't say how many times I have wanted to say something to these women that their choice in perfume makes it really hard to breathe! 2. People who don't wipe their machines down when they are done...I now wipe before I get on and after I get off, that way I know it's…
  • I choose not to drink alcohol, I would rather chew my calories ;) That and my husband drinks like a fish and I see how much it changes his personality.
  • I have worn an HRM and had Endomondo running at the same time and they ended up being pretty close to each other. I ended Endomondo as soon as I was done walking and I left my HRM running until my heart rate was down, I was actually surprised that when I stopped the HRM they were so close together. So now, if I am out for…
  • I also have a Polar but it is an older model.....I happened to be looking at the body bugs at Costco and ended up talking to a lady about them, she offered me her Polar HRM as she was buying the body bug. She went out to her car and brought it back in, all I had to do was get new batteries. Talk about luck!
  • The classes that I attend it all depends on the instructor and what "type" of Zumba class it is. I can burn anywhere from 400 - 700 calories for a 1 hour class. I do use an HRM so I have a somewhat accurate reading of the calories.
