Hi I am 15! I am studing to become a proffesional and i want to lose weight as most dancers do and i have never really been fat but my matabolisum is slowing down and i am slowly realising that i need to start dieting.... are there any good diets or cross training out there?

I want to lose weight and keep super fit, as a ballerina we are not supost to have boobs or hips but I want to prove the world wrong!

I feel ya sweetie I really have never paid attention to my weight until both my ballet teachar and my mom said i was getting fat, it sucks hearing it because in my mind everyone dosnt want to hear it. we are rooting for you every step of the way :)
