bump, I've recently decreased my gluten intake, I think it gives my tummy issues (at first I thought it was dairy). This is my second week so I'm up for suggestions.

^^this try to exhale on your left foot when you run. That's what I do (and I've taught my kids) and we don't get the side stitch at all. Good luck and have fun.

I didn't see this and it helps me alot. When you are breathing exhale when you step down on your left foot. When I do this I don't get the stitch in my side (that we all know is extremely painful). One of my best friends live in Atikokan (which I know you know where it is, 2 hours west of Thunder Bay). We just recently discovered Greek Yogurt and it is amazing. It is full of protien, the one I get has no fat in it. It's thick and delish. My kids (9 and 11) even like it.

Hi there, I'm actually seriously considering running a half marathon in May. I just did my first 5K at the beginning of the month. I've always loved running just never trained for it. I drink them too, I try to have one packet with 32 oz (one jug) of water then I have one or two jugs of just water. I like them. They have such great flavours now.

I'm still on the first week of this DVD. It's hard. Make sure to take some before pictures and half way pictures so you can see your progress. I learned that from her 30 Day Shred. Good luck and have fun.

What I'm doing is running. When I run I can feel the pounds falling off. I also eat lots of fibre and drink tons of water. If I do those three things the pounds come off. If I'm not able to run I pop in a Jillian Michaels DVD. Good luck!

I agree, it was my first JM DVD as well and what a workout! Make sure you do take your measurements, you will be surprised.
