I have that pain as well, but it's more the middle of my foot to my baby toe. It's been bugging me since August. I'm too stubborn to ask the doctor about it. I'm curious to know how your appointment turns out. Let me know please.

I call them "me days". It's Saturday for me. I've been having them once a week for 2 years, it gives me one day a week not to worry about supper. I always have a healthy breakfast and lunch so I guess it's a "me meal". It keeps me sane and on track. I'm usually under everyday by 100-200 calories so thoughout the whole week…

When I first started training for my first half marathon I lost 2 toenails. Once I got proper shoes and laced them properly as well (didn't know there was a better way :noway: ) I have not had one problem. Good luck.

Hi there, first, congratulations on what you have accomplished so far that's wonderful. I would say get a great pair of shoes. They will make a big difference (they helped me). Also, make sure you're staying hydrated and keep your protein up (try a protein shake after your run). Keep up the great work! Carrie

Did my curls, added some weights to it 3x20 with 6 lbs and 2x20 with 10 lbs. That was hard! Great challenge.

I did my 100 jumping jacks and 75 squats (3 x 25 with weights) alternating between the two. I also went and did a jog to get some cardio in. Have a fantastic day all. Carrie

I'm at my goal weight too and I log everyday. I usually take Friday and/or Saturday night "off" from logging just so I can give myself a mental break. But the next morning I'm back on doing my thing. For me it keeps me on track so I don't stray.

I agree with this answer. My orignal goal was 150, so I went to maintain and I keep losing. So I think you should start maintaining and listen to your body, if you're hungry-eat, if not-don't. Since you've started running more frequently remember to eat your calories back and get your protien in. You are looking fabulous.
