When I was working I would go to the gym on my lunch break. That might not be enough time for you but you could go for a walk and feel refreshed and energized to possibly go after work. Even if you don't make it to the gym to exercise there are lots of exercises you can do at home. A little bit everyday helps. Gradually…

I've been doing exactly what you're doing. I wash it by hand. I think that should be okay.
-
It will be okay because you're aware of what's going on and what you're putting in your body. Our bodies like a good shake up (or like I say a good kick) like a machine every once in a while. You'll make it girl you have a whole team behind you!

Weigh in today and I'm down another 1.1lbs. I'm now at 157.2. I'm extrememly happy about this. Thanks everyone.

Girl that's still awesome!!! It doesn't matter if you walked it, ran it or crawled it, YOU DID IT, and that's all that matters. We're proud of you! Keep it up.

Water gain is a crazy thing. It'll come off in no time. Anytime I do some intense exercise I do gain, but it does come off. We know how you feel. WOW, a 10K, that's amazing. Good for you. Congrats on that accomplishment.

good for you, keep going girl. The 30DS is hard. I'm actually doing it again to give myself another kick and I still get sore. I found by the time one week was over that's when I saw a change in the scale. Last time I did it I gained 5 lbs before seeing the numbers go down. Keep it up and you'll be melting away in no time.

I have finally broke the 160 mark. Down 0.4lbs to 159.6. Yay
-
You're doing a great job. Go by your measurements, the scale is one way to measure your progress. Keep up the great work.

I like the bathroom too. I don't mind laundry, the sorting, washing and drying. It's the folding and putting them away that I dislike. But the one thing that I really hate doing is dusting.

You're doing great, you're so close to your goal and your body is going to make you work for it. You can do it, we believe in you!!!!!!!!

Hi there, I'm new to running and what I'm doing is eating more filling foods and natural foods. I know that sounds simple but it seems to work for me. I always make sure I have these staples on hand: bananas (which are good before and after a workout), raw almonds, low fat milk, all-bran cereal, lots of chicken, cheese and…

new clothes, you deserve them. Get a new bottle of nail polish and a great pair of sandles so you can have sexy feet with your sexy body!

I'm checking in, no weight loss here. Last weekend was my long weekend, I'm not sure if my weight will change by Memorial day but I'm going to try. Everyone is doing great.
-
Wow wonderful, your posture has changed as well. You can see the difference. Keep up the great work.
-
Nope you don't. I don't have a gym membership and I've lost 36 lbs, and over 20 inches. I do think you should incorporate some strength training with your cardio. I've purchased some small hand weights and weighted gloves to use and they are awesome. I do some of Jillian Michaels DVD's and they are great and less than $10…

Woohoo.......160.0lbs. Going in the right direction.:drinker:
