Yeah I appreciate the fluctuations are crazy but it was mad to see such a significant difference so quickly... I would be happy to get to my pre christmas weight in 2 weeks so you must be chuffed.

Agree with this. Ive lost 35 in less than 3 but My body fat was 32% and diet was awful. Good luck

30 lbs was when people have really stopped me at work to sat but anything from 20lbs really. Best feeling!

This is where the BMI really does become a joke! Clearly not Obese... Great work in moving into the next bracket - Im 6ft 6 and to be average according to BMI I would need to be about 10 stone (140lbs)... RIDICULOUS my FFM (Apparently this is my bone,muscle & organs) weight is 13stone 7 pounds (189lbs) Good work and enjoy!

Completely agree, It took me to be disgusted with myself when trying on my wedding suit to sort it out. Thank god I went with more than 6 months to the date to look at them!

I have hit the 30lb mark and I can honestly say NOW its when people have noticed... Every day on my way into work someone has commented and its a great feeling... Still when you see it on yourself you can be critical! Me looking at that picture I can see a world of difference. Keep going and good work!

It all depends on what you are trying to achieve. At the moment I am 70% cardio but as the fat goes the strength training ratio will increase.

I would just say get there with plenty of time and the instructer will probably have 5 mins 1:1 with you. They can show you how to adjust and talk you through things. Enjoy it, its a great workout.
