You can try salads which will include boiled sprouts / veggies with low calorie dressings. I refrigerate the boiled sprouts. My cheat meal is biryani (chicken or mutton) - accompaniement would be piece of tandoori chicken or mutton pepper roast. Biryani is a high calorie rice based casserole ( not good - but love to indulge in it once a week )

I start my day late. My regular breakfast is egg white scrambled with red ripe tomato with red chilli powder / salt as seasoning. Followed up by juices of 2 mosambi (sweet lime) with 4 sachets of Natura Sugar Free.
