You probably should see if you can do water exercises. They aren't as hard on the body. I would talk to your physican and see what he/she recommends for you to do. If you are going under a certain calorie count and feeling dizzy I'm sure t's not worth it!

I don't either. I still think I look exactly the same and my before picture was lost when my camera was stolen. People around me say they can see a difference though.

Yea I take it with food most days. I do notice a difference on days I don't get a chance to eat. I'll ask him what could cause it. I take one a day because it's what was recommended. Yea I normally have more weight gain around that time as well. It's going to depend on the women just like everything connected with our bodies. I think you should just keep working at it and see what it's like next week. How long have you been tracking for? Is there a pattern?

You can also try swimming! I love swimming when I feel too sore. It takes some of it away or at least I feel like it does. I would swim most days if I could, but a different story. Other PPs are right though you want to get moving and active in some way because it will be the best way for your legs to recover quicker.

Did you figure it out? All you have to do is go up top to food and just add it whatever you eat. I haven't been the best about tracking everything. On days which I do track every single thing I've been lucky to be under. I just wish this did this on more of a weekly basis rather then daily.
