Hi Sarah! I too have T2 Diabetes. Last week my doctor put me on Victoza injections while continuing metformin. I'm struggling to eat enough calories while doing this Victoza. It makes me so nauseated. Let's connect and help each other. :)

I'm on my second time of doing C25K, and I have never ran faster than 4.7 on the treadmill. When I started I was jogging a 3.5 as well. I've tried to go faster, but I just can't and I'm ok with that.
