You could just stir fry some frozen peppers/onion blend and some mushrooms and put it in corn tortillas with some salsa and guacamole. Like easy veggie fajitas.

I need to re-size mine for sure. If I wave my hand they fly off my finger. I'm going to wait until I'm at goal so I only have to do it once. My fingers have gone down a whole ring size so far (I've lost more than the 5 lbs listed on MFP.)

I do this almost everyday. My calorie goal is 1280 and if I log exercise I eat back most of those calories to net the 1280. For me personally I would be really hungry all the time netting much less.

Eating buckets full of vegetables isn't what makes people fat....last time I checked! I eat a plant based diet and have lost 15 lbs since January. I'd worry more about eating over processed grains and junk food.

I cannot stand the word "moist". It just sounds gross coming out. Buhhhh. I'm also kinda tired of the phrase "it is what it is".

Love the Almond milk! Love the vanilla in my coffee and baking. I use the unsweetened in more savory cooking.

get fitted for the right shoes. Running puts a lot of stresses on your body. I learned the hard way. I had the wrong shoes and injured my ankle because my feet pronate too much. If you've got the shoes go for it! It's a great program!

I think it has to do with either their own insecurities and the fact that we are living in a society full of overweight and obese people. I truly believe that people really do not recognize what a healthy weight looks like anymore. Do what is right for you that is the most important part.
