  • Thanks for the all the replies, everyone. Looks like everyone agrees on lifting. :) I've recently started doing body weight exercises (squats, lunges, pushups etc...) And of course I Gained a few pounds automatically! I'll keep going though, we can do this! Thanks for the support!
  • Thanks for the support! I've been in the weight loss mode for awhile and now; it is going to be hard to switch to body toning! Just frustrating when I don't see the results I want.
