Get a fitbit and get walking! I am losing and enjoying it. Eating at a deficit and walking extra to earn back some cals for a glass of wine is a big motivator. (You don't really need a fitbit but I love mine!:wink:

No. I have lost a lot of weight whilst still eating some utter rubbish...it's not big, its not clever. but it makes no difference to weightloss. I have lost the same amount of weight eating clean. However eating better certainly made me feel better whilst losing weight and you can usually eat bigger quantities of good…

I thought this was of your LEAN body mass not all of it! i.e. if I was 150lbs with 50% body fat I would have 1 - 1.5g Protein x 75lbs

Every day on my fitbit scales. It is fun to see it go up and down daily but to also see the general trend coming through showing I am losing weight and body fat.:drinker:

I don't get this logic.... Try telling this to the people starving in Ethiopia - They sure as hell are losing weight by not eating... it's the basic law of calories in and calories out. I don't deny that you need to eat more to sustain your activity, but not eating enough is not why you are not losing weight. Are you sure…

Thanks ladies, you have inspired me so much, I took the dog for an extra walk! I am going to the gym open day on Sat to check out the classes. It was Body Pump that let me down big time...so I won't be going to that. Good luck brides to be and other advisers x

Thank you Brraanndi. I did have a go at this but MFP said I can eat 1460 cals and still lose 0.5lbs per week, but the Fitbit Flex has only given me 1285 cals to lose 0.5lbs....
